Adapting thinking patterns can change how we think, which then influences our behaviour. Through setting goals, meditation and reflection our mindset can be changed. I have listed 5 ways to start positive thinking:-
1. Positive thinking - try being optimistic and reduce being a pessimist
2. Goal setting, set small achievable goals. This encourages drive and aspirations
3. Surround yourself with positive people. Spend time with people who make you smile, laugh and make you feel a better person.
4. Healthy living creates and encourages a healthy mind. Physical exercise and eating healthily leads to loving yourself
5. Meditate, this helps to reduce stress, relax the mind and helps to enable us to focus on goals.
